Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive/Auditor to join our client, a leading travel safety and sustainability consultancy. This home-based position offers the perfect blend of administrative responsibilities and technical auditing work within the travel industry.

In this travel job you will audit self-assessment safety checklists from various travel industry suppliers including hotels, destination management companies, transport providers, and excursion operators.

Your responsibilities include performing administrative functions to maintain efficient supply chain auditing processes while liaising with clients regarding property and supplier inquiries. You'll build and maintain strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders and occasionally conduct on-site physical inspections both in the UK and overseas.

Additionally, you'll contribute valuable input for the ongoing development of online portal systems and process efficiencies, while supporting advisory services and assisting with strategic decision making as required by the Directors.

This job in travel requires occasional UK and international travel. The role of Operations Executive reports directly to the Directors of this well-established consultancy that specialises in travel safety and sustainability.
