We are currently recruiting for a proactive and detail-focused Operations Executive to join their busy operations team. This role involves a mix of reconciliation, management information (MI) reporting, system updates, and administrative support across both direct and broker-distributed business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payment reconciliation, ensuring insurance premiums are collected and paid in line with provider agreements
  • Produce monthly MI reports and maintain reporting systems
  • Support and train admin staff to ensure accurate data handling and payment processing
  • Maintain and update internal systems including policy sales portals and claims systems
  • Assist brokers and direct clients with enquiries, invoicing, and web support
  • Benchmark insurance products and pricing, ensuring compliant distribution
  • Support operational reporting and attend relevant meetings
  • Liaise with clients and insurers on audits, reporting, and communications
  • Manage bank accounts including claims payments and reporting
  • Assist with various ad hoc business support tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
