Role Overview:

You'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly - overseeing admin, facilities, and supporting across departments. You'll work closely with the Ops team and Contract Sales to ensure an excellent placement process and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting: Create regular reports for Senior Management to support decision-making
  • Operations Support: Assist the Ops Manager with training and vendor relationships
  • Compliance: Collect and verify compliance/right-to-work docs
  • People Initiatives: Support wider Ops team efforts
  • Creative Support: Get hands-on across Ops and Sales as needed
  • Finance Collaboration: Work with finance partners to improve payroll/processes

Requirements:

  • Manchester-based
  • Strong organisational & communication skills
  • Ops, admin, HR, or recruitment experience ideal
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Global mobility/compliance knowledge is a bonus
  • Energetic individual with a "can-do" attitude
