This is a key leadership role within Northern European Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Operations. The role focuses on improving Cost, Quality, Safety, Delivery, and Morale through IL6S program implementation, aiming to develop best-in-class manufacturing sites.

How you will contribute
  • Apply IL6S principles, tools, and techniques to foster a zero-loss culture.
  • Nurture a Lean and Continuous Improvement culture that challenges the status quo.
  • Provide IL6S training and coaching to teams, guiding them through improvement cycles.
  • Lead IL6S implementation across multiple plants using available resources and experience.
  • Partner with plant teams for coaching, site visits, and progress tracking to meet phase deadlines and improve results.
  • Coach organization levels to identify and eliminate losses.
  • Drive the IL6S program through quarterly visits and regional collaboration, identifying future reapplication opportunities.
  • Ensure teams utilize IL6S tools effectively to achieve results.
  • Encourage performance management using balanced scorecards and coordinate KPI reviews with root-cause analysis.
  • Benchmark externally to adopt best practices and new tools in collaboration with internal partners.
