Job summary

Saab UK, part of Scandinavia's defence group, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead governance, compliance, trials and business coordination for the BlueBear division in Bedfordshire. This role sits at the heart of operations, driving performance improvements and close integration with Saab UK teams.

Key responsibilities include standardising processes, coordinating audits, managing export control, health and safety, and developing KPIs to support the Strategic Business Plan.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and change management experience.
• Experience implementing quality management systems (ISO 9001).
• Experience with risk management and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Be the focal point for process standardisation and compliance with the quality management system.
• Develop and track KPIs to support the delivery of the Strategic Business Plan.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activity and export control compliance.
• Lead business continuity management activities and risk coordination.
