A recruitment agency is seeking a committed Operations Dispatcher for a pharmaceutical organisation in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. You will be responsible for processing orders, picking and packing stock, and maintaining stock accuracy. The ideal candidate has strong computer skills and warehouse experience is preferred. • Complete daily stock checks.

• Highlight low stock levels for re-ordering.
• Ensure goods receipt accuracy and proper damage checks.

Berry Recruitment is NOW hiring a committed and experienced Operations Dispatcher for a pharmaceutical organisation in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.

Role: Operations Dispatcher

Salary: £25,500 per annum

Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire

Hours: Rotating weekly between 08:00-16:30 and 08:30-17:00.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders for shipment (Order Fulfilment).
• Pick & pack stock items by batch number and quantity.
• Complete daily stock checks.
• Maintain and replenish stock accurately within pick boxes.
• Highlight low stock levels for re-ordering.
• Keep the packing station clean and tidy during and after shifts.
• Ensure goods receipt accuracy, proper damage checks, and correct storage.
• Perform basic Excel data entry for daily reports.

About you:

• Computer literate (Word, Excel).
• Warehouse experience preferred but not essential.
