Job summary

Page Personnel is seeking an experienced Ops Director for a 6-month fixed-term contract to lead a large team of managers and operatives on social housing repair and upgrade projects across Greater Manchester.

You will be accountable for delivering repairs, maintenance, voids and M&E upgrades, managing budgets, and maintaining strong client relationships while upholding CDM/H&S standards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership overseeing a large team of managers and operatives delivering repairs and maintenance schemes.
• Proven track record in the social housing sector, delivering housing repairs, voids and M&E works.
• Commercial acumen with ability to manage budgets and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large team of managers and operatives across Greater Manchester.
• Deliver repairs, maintenance, voids and M&E upgrades.
• Oversee budget management and client relationships.
• Ensure CDM H&S compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and report progress.
• Support successful delivery of social housing schemes.
