Overview

In-house content studio for entertainment provider seeks a Creative Operations Director to sharpen process, unlock capacity and scale delivery across multi-office teams. You’ll create order out of chaos, get the best from people and systems, and help us ship brilliant work—faster, smarter, and on budget.

Responsibilities
  • Own studio ops across Creative, Key Art, Design and 3D: resourcing, utilisation, workflow, QA and on-time/on-budget delivery
  • Systems leadership: create a single source of truth for capacity, WIP, burn and forecasts
  • Commercial hygiene: manage freelance/vendor spend, run burn reports, and feed insights to Client Services (no full P&L ownership)
  • Brief intake & flow: enforce ways of working, clear bottlenecks, and keep work moving from strategy/planning through creative, AV and content
  • Multi-office collaboration: coordinate with the international teams on standards, resourcing and handovers; support entertainment/gaming accounts and partners
  • People leadership: line-manage senior team members, set PDPs, and cultivate a high-performance, low-friction culture
Qualifications
  • 8–10+ years in operations/delivery leadership (creative/content/production); entertainment/gaming exposure a plus
  • Proven control of utilisation, workflow governance, forecast/WIP accuracy and cost management; confident presenting numbers to senior stakeholders
  • Data-led decision maker
  • Calm, solutions-first operator who creates healthy accountability and momentum across teams and time zones
  • Savvy communicator who can simplify complex programmes and support senior leadership in the room
