Mercury-Hampton-Ltd in Cheshire, UK, seeks an Operations Director to take full ownership of a fast‑paced manufacturing operation and deliver the site’s operations strategy. You will lead manufacturing, warehouse and engineering teams, manage P&L, drive improvements and ensure quality and service targets are hit.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in manufacturing, strong financial acumen, and a track record of delivering continuous improvements.

Qualificações

• Senior level leadership experience in manufacturing/operations with a track record of delivering strategy and improvements.
• Experience in managing P&L and Capex within a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level strategic leadership across the full site operations including people, processes and systems.
• Hold P&L responsibility for the full operation and manage costs and stock variances.
• Lead manufacturing, warehouse and engineering teams to maximise output and efficiency.
• Support Capex planning and present Capex documentation to SLT.
• Drive KPI performance across OEE, OTIF, cycle time and stock management.
• Review BoM/BoO structures and ensure production standards are fit for purpose.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling and ERP utilisation, including Epicor.
