What you\'ll do
  • Lead operations across multiple sites, delivering products and services that hit financial and performance targets.
  • Set superior modes of working across teams and raise performance standards across the board.
  • Manage logistics, fulfilment, and supply chain partnerships to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee service and support teams, including installation, calibration, and maintenance engineers.
  • Own quality processes, ensuring conformance to ISO standards and industry accreditations.
  • Coordinate IT, security, health and safety, and facilities management to keep everything running smoothly.
What you\'ll need
  • Degree-level education in Engineering, with strong experience in Manufacturing / Precision / Quality environments in Metrology and/or Vision disciplines
  • Proven track record in scaling operations, with hands-on leadership across logistics, supply chain, and delivery functions.
  • Experience leading engineers at the coalface installation, calibration, and service.
  • Excellent communicator, able to turn complex technical information into clear, simple directions.
