Part of Oneline’s senior leadership team and reporting to the Managing Director, you will work with and across the service lines, adding strategic planning, business development, operational optimisation whilst fostering strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders to support ambitious growth plans. This role will operate closely with other divisions within the group to ensure efficient & consistent ways of working.
The Operations Director will oversee and have accountability for all key service lines within Oneline operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity. This role involves strategic planning, managing resources, and leading a team to achieve the company’s goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving business success.

For over 15 years Oneline has been supporting customers with expert diagnostics, maintenance, and monitoring on their complex infrastructure to keep their networks flowing. A family run business, we are a specialist drainage company that began with CCTV surveys and moved into jetting. We diversified into larger, more complex projects such as tank cleaning and tankering, growing the fleet to match our customers’ requirements.
We work together with our customers in the water industry to reduce pollution through superior kit, and highly experienced operatives.
