We have been retained to recruit on a critical role within our client’s business. The role of Operations Director will oversee the day-to-day operation of a unique and varying, retail led catering operation centred in London but with a national remit.
About the role:
There is a great team of Centre Managers reporting in and an overall team of circa 70. It will be imperative that you have experience in a retail setting in a senior capacity, experience within Contract Catering would be a bonus. There will be a requirement for some travel but as the main centre of operations is in London, this will be your base.
Stakeholder management will play a key part so not only will you be experienced in managing and leading teams but your history of client relationships will be key. The growth potential is huge and you will play a major part in bidding and developing new contracts as this sector of the business grows.
