Specsavers is seeking an in-store Operations Director for a brand-new standalone Audiology store in Beverley. You will lead the operations and retail functions, build your team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences while developing a long-term asset for your future.

You will share ownership with an Audiology Partner (40% shares) and receive a guaranteed salary alongside dividends based on business profit.

Position: In-store Operations Director (Audiology & Retail)

New Business Opening: Beverley (New Standalone Audiology store)

Salary: £50,000 basic + 40% shareholding (profit paid as dividends)

Specsavers are looking for an experienced Retail or Operations Leader to become the Operations Director, Store Partner, and Co‑Owner of our brand-new standalone Audiology business opening in Beverley.

This is a rare opportunity to shape and grow a business from day one. You’ll build your own team, create exceptional customer experiences, serve your local community, and develop a long‑term asset for your future, all while enjoying a guaranteed salary and additional income from dividends based on business profit.

You will work alongside an Audiology Partner who also holds 40% shares, jointly building and leading this exciting new venture. You will also benefit from the involvement of Optics Partners within the business,who'll own 20% shares and will help guide and support the store’s growth.
