Specsavers is offering an Audiology Partner opportunity to lead an existing audiology business within a Southampton Totton store. The role includes owning the partnership, driving growth, maintaining high clinical standards, and sharing profits as dividends.

An initial share purchase is required, along with a guaranteed salary and ongoing support from Specsavers' network. You will oversee clinical and retail operations, build a team, and lead patient care while expanding the business footprint

Salary: Up to £50,000 Basic + 50% Profits as Dividends

Specsavers are looking for an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become the Store Partner, Director, and Business Owner. Grow your own business, look after your customers, serve your community, create an asset for your family’s future and enjoy the profits of all your hard work.

This opportunity is an existing audiology business within a store that already has a customer database and clinical administration team. It requires an initial investment to purchase the shares, you will receive a guaranteed salary and collect profits as dividends. Your focus will be on continuing to service the existing customers and grow the store even further.
