You’re an experienced Operations Director, with a strong leadership capability, strategic vision and an appetite for change. You’re client centric, and you leverage technology and data to enhance results.

What you’ll do:

  1. Drive operational excellence by establishing and ensuring the achievement of company OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
  2. Provide leadership and strategic direction to our onboarding and client services teams, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine processes, implement cutting-edge technology, and elevate the overall client experience.
  4. Develop and maintain a client-centric approach, aligning all operational activities with the goal of delivering best-in-class service to our customers.
  5. Continuously monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and spearhead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  6. Act as a key advisor to the COO, contributing to long-term strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level.
