Operations Manager - £80,000 - £90,000 + bonus

We are working with a leading organisation seeking an Operations Manager with experience in the financial services sector, including FCA regulations. The successful candidate will oversee five operational areas, ranging from customer support to technical support and project delivery.

The role involves full responsibility for developing and implementing strategies and being an integral part of the leadership team.

Required Skills And Experience
  1. Experience in full people management, including conducting appraisals, setting objectives, and managing daily operations.
  2. Proven ability to design and implement strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction, from system implementation to staff training.
  3. Responsibility for leading projects to completion, setting SLAs, and ensuring they are met.
  4. Experience managing technology and third-party partners.
  5. Ownership of departmental budgets.
  6. Advanced Excel skills, with some knowledge of SQL and PowerBI.
  7. Strong understanding of technology, including systems analysis and identifying potential enhancements.
