OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

A£60,000 - A£70,000 + Bonus

Full-time, Permanent | Office Based

Lead the operations of a purpose-driven property business that's changing lives - one home at a time.

YOUR ROLE:

As Operations Director , you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day success of this growing property management business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll take full ownership of operations across lettings, maintenance, compliance, and tenancy management, all while leading and developing a cross-functional team.

You'll be central to business strategy, playing a pivotal role in scaling services, strengthening partner relationships, and improving the lives of vulnerable tenants across a high-quality, specialist housing portfolio.

Aœ” Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and housing legislation
Aœ” Excellent stakeholder engagement and contract management skills
Aœ” Commercial acumen and a passion for operational excellence

Experience working with vulnerable tenant groups and familiarity with public sector housing contracts will be highly valued.
