Job Summary

To make a significant contribution to CWG’s portfolio of owned buildings and the wider estate.

This role involves leading a team to ensure optimal performance, tenant satisfaction and adherence to our company standards. Responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational and financial aspects of the infrastructure portfolio for the Canary Wharf, Wood Wharf and Southbank Place estates. Management of service delivery and continuous improvement programme for the centralised FM helpdesk.

Lead the Quality Assurance Department, providing strategic oversight of non-financial audits across CWG departments. Strategic management of the logistics service to CWML managed buildings.

Salary up to £150,000

4 days in the office/ 1 day WFH
