A community-based housing association is seeking an Operations Director to lead its operational strategy and improve service delivery. This is an important appointment for Soho as we look to strengthen our resident and community-focused service across housing operations. The newly appointed Operations Director will be part of a four-person Executive alongside the Chief Executive, Finance Director and Commercial Director.
You will have experience managing Housing and Property functions within the wider social housing sector. A proven track record of optimising a business's performance and board interaction are also key skills for this role. Strong leadership skills with an enthusiasm for your area of expertise and a healthy interest in the detail where necessary, will help the new Operations Director succeed.
