Role Introduction

This leadership role plays a vital part in steering the company’s private sector operations across Ireland. You’ll be responsible for growing and strengthening the team, aligning their efforts with the organisation’s mission to provide exceptional service across every contract and client relationship.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Take ownership of the strategy and direction for all private sector FM operations across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

  • Mentor and guide a capable management team, with a focus on driving performance, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth.

  • Lead business development initiatives that improve profit margins and increase market share, aligned with broader corporate goals.

  • Represent the company externally, nurturing valuable partnerships and reinforcing brand reputation through proactive stakeholder engagement.

  • Report directly to the Group Board, providing regular updates on departmental outcomes, financial performance, and operational progress.

  • Promote collaboration within the department, creating a culture that values teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence.

  • Champion a proactive health and safety approach, ensuring all regulatory and internal compliance measures are adhered to.

  • Define clear performance expectations, monitor delivery against KPIs, and conduct formal reviews to support continual staff development.

  • Streamline operational work flows in line with organisational goals, using data and key performance indicators to inform decisions.

  • Oversee strict compliance with company protocols across all FM teams.

  • Expand the company’s FM footprint within ROI and build a dependable, scalable supply chain network.

  • Implement and refine ISO-aligned procedures and frameworks, ensuring service delivery consistently meets internal standards and client expectations.

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership capacity within the Facilities Management sector.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering business growth and operational improvements.
