Job summary

Autism Together is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to join our Executive Leadership Team. You will provide strategic direction across residential, supported living and day services, ensuring outstanding standards of care and sustainable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in health and social care or charitable sector.
• Experience delivering person-centred care and safeguarding.
• Budget management and strategic operational oversight in regulated environments.

• Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and CQC compliance.
• Drive operational performance, quality improvement and financial sustainability.
• Develop relationships with commissioners, local authorities, health partners and stakeholders.
• Support long-term strategy, governance and organisational development.
• Lead on organisational safeguarding as Caldicott Guardian.

Are you an experienced senior leader with a passion for delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful difference to people's lives?, We are looking for an established senior leader with significant experience in a comparable senior leadership or operational management role, ideally within a charity, health and social care organisation, or similar regulated environment. You will bring strong strategic and operational leadership skills, experience of managing complex services and budgets, and a proven ability to drive performance, lead teams and deliver positive outcomes.
