Operations Development Manager

Locations: Birmingham, Wakefield, or Runcorn (Offices)

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, flexibility required

Salary: Competitive with a 10% Bonus Structure

Key Responsibilities

  2. Drive structured governance techniques to manage risks, dependencies, and speed of delivery effectively.
  3. Recommend process improvements to ensure compliance, competitiveness, and high customer service.
  4. Apply change management methodologies to manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout projects.
  5. Engage stakeholders to drive buy-in and successful project delivery.
