A leading insurance firm in London is seeking an Operations Delegated Data Lead to oversee the lifecycle of delegated risk, premium, and claims data. You will manage external teams, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with various departments for best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the London Market Insurance and excellent communication skills. This position offers a hybrid working model.

As Operations Delegated Data Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of receiving, processing, and validating delegated Risk, Premium, and Claims delegated data. A key aspect of the role involves working closely with an outsourced partner to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, agreed service levels and data quality standards. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality, reliable delegated data and ensure exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
Data is one of AEGIS’s greatest assets, and in this role, you will ensure it is well-managed, fit for purpose, and delivering maximum value to the business. You will work closely with data owners, stakeholders, and internal teams to embed best practices and lead delegated data quality initiatives, enabling accurate, timely, and meaningful insights for informed decision-making across the organisation.
