Job Description:

Overview: Kenvue is recruiting for an Operations Data Governance Lead for the EMEA region, based in the UK or Czech Republic. The company is a leader in consumer health products, emphasizing innovation and digital transformation.

Role Purpose: Support Global Data Governance and Process Improvement by ensuring high-quality data standards across EMEA sites, supporting the transition to OneS4, and collaborating with global teams to improve data and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Integration: Oversee data integration into OneS4, identify data needs, support data migration and cleanup efforts.
2. Testing and Validation: Support governance during data migration, validate technology design and data outputs.
3. Data Strategy: Define and roll out regional data strategies, establish data standards for Product, Customer, and master data.
4. New Capabilities: Ensure data needs for new capabilities are identified and communicated, support peripheral system transitions.
5. Workshop Coordination: Lead workshops with global teams for data migration, ensure stakeholder engagement.
6. Reporting Support: Ensure data requirements for reporting are addressed during discovery workshops.
7. Training: Conduct training sessions to promote data literacy among staff.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or related field.
• 10-15 years experience in supply chain, SAP/Datahub, master data, digital solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, ETL tools, Excel, SharePoint.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of data mappings, hierarchies, flow between environments.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong partnership and analysis skills.
