We have a close-knit team of experts with strong attention to detail and willingness to think differently. We’re now looking for someone to bolster our Operations Team and support the efficient, effective and on time delivery of a pipeline of exciting innovations to market.

The Operations & Data Coordinator will be an integral part of the SURI Operations team, but will work closely alongside our Retail, Brand Marketing, Growth and Innovation teams.

The core responsibility of this role is ensuring current and future retail partners are serviced to best in class standards. This includes slick vendor set up, ensuring smooth PO processing, hands-on logistics coordination for OTIF deliveries and being the key point of contact for any order-related or logistics queries that our retail partners may have.

This role is also accountable for the accuracy and completeness of our product, packaging, sustainability and logistics master data to ensure smooth operations, system accuracy and robust reporting across operations and sustainability.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Slick retailer order management - OTIF PO delivery and revenue maximisation (40%)
• Data Management - keeping our data accurate and complete (20%)
• SOPs & documentation - keeping processes and procedures fully documented (10%)
• Operations KPI reporting - owning and ensuring accurate and delivered on time (10%)
• Process Improvement - seeking opportunities for efficiency and drive changes (10%)

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the CPG/FMCG sector
• Familiar with UK & US retail partners, vendor requirements and ways of working
• A strong understanding of end to end operations, supply chain, retail and logistics
• Able to handle ambiguity, uncertainty, strong problem solver with bias for action
• Data driven, system-savvy, detail oriented with strong reporting and analytical skills
• Experienced in data management, with a focus on data accuracy & completeness
• Strong collaborator and communicator who is customer obsessed
• Proven success in operating in a fast paced environment, ideally a scale up business
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, able to manipulate large amounts of data and glean insights
