JOB TITLE: Operations Coordinator - Immediate Start


LOCATION: Wellington


SALARY: £28,000 PA


HOURS: 7:30am - 4:00pm, may be some flexibility on the start time for the right candidate

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our client based in Wellington, Somerset. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, therefore you must be available immediately or on a short notice period to be considered for this role. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a varied role, you will be part of a small team and there will be occasions when you are lone working in that department once full training has been given.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide administrative support across planning, logistics, transport, accounts, IT, HR, and sales
* Act as the first point of contact for the office, projecting a professional image
* Organise diaries, meetings, and visitor arrangements
* Liaise with Head Office and external contractors
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Manage SAP system operations and ensure data accuracy
* Support compliance with audits and health & safety standards
* Coordinate deliveries and transport accruals
* Assist with customer visits and internal events


KEY SKILLS:
* Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and SAP
* Able to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
* Great communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and a proactive team player
