We are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinatorto be based at our Felixstowe office in Ocean Import & EU Road.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Moving shipments via all methods of transport – Road, Air, Courier, Ocean ensuring all customs requirements are also met and in place.

To ensure all invoicing is accurate and completed in a timely manner.

Maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Ensuring accurate information is provided to our clients regarding their material and shipments.

Problem solving & critical thinking to optimise service delivery and maximise margins.

Job requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

· Strong communication and organisational skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritise

· Ability to produce and maintain accurate documents

· Have a good understanding and appreciation of a proactive safety culture

· Experience using Microsoft office products

· Strong attention to detail

· Knowledge of International Deep Sea Imports

· A desire to continually improve
