Job summary

CitySprint is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Manchester to help keep the service centre running smoothly. You will coordinate couriers, support the control team, and ensure collections and deliveries meet customer SLAs, while using CityTrak and X‑Despatch systems.

Ideal candidates will have experience in busy operations or customer service, with strong communication and organisational skills, and basic MS Office proficiency. All applicants may undergo a DBS check as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy operational or customer service environment.
• Confident communicator who can juggle multiple tasks.
• Organised, accurate and comfortable using systems.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating designated couriers to meet customer SLAs.
• Supporting drivers and resolving day-to-day queries.
• Working closely with colleagues across operations and control.
• Keeping systems updated accurately (e.g. CityTrak / X‑Despatch).
• Adapting plans and priorities as the day changes.
