Job summary

CitySprint in Manchester is seeking an Operations Coordinator to help keep the service centre running. You will coordinate couriers, support the control team, and ensure collections and deliveries meet customer SLAs.

The role requires clear communication, strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. You will work with colleagues across operations, keeping CityTrak and X-Despatch updated while resolving day-to-day queries.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy operational or customer service environment.
• Confident communicator who can juggle multiple tasks.
• Organised, accurate and comfortable using systems.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating designated couriers to meet customer SLAs
• Supporting drivers and resolving day‑to‑day queries
• Working closely with colleagues across operations and control
• Keeping systems updated accurately (e.g. CityTrak / X‑Despatch)
• Adapting plans and priorities as the day changes
