A logistics and marine solutions provider based in Aberdeen is seeking an Operations Coordinator. You will be responsible for liaising with logistics teams, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining client relationships. Strong organizational skills and experience in the oil and gas industry are preferred. The company offers extensive benefits including 38 days’ annual leave and health insurance.

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to be based at our Aberdeenoffice.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Liaising with logistics colleagues and Warehouse to ensure client requirements are met and in place.
To ensure all invoicing is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensuring accurate information is provided to our clients regarding their material and shipments.
Problem solving & critical thinking to optimise service delivery and maximise margins.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise.
Ability to produce and maintain accurate documents.
Experience using Microsoft Office products.
A network of own contacts and preferred suppliers.
A desire to improve services offered to customers by analysing performance and reviewing suppliers.
Experience working to tight deadlines and effective time management.
Experience & knowledge of the oil and gas industry (preferred but not essential)
