What you'll do

This role is responsible for ensuring our core services are delivered consistently, safely, on time, and meet the highest quality standards. Able to effectively and efficiently manage several customer deliverables simultaneously within the assigned region and globally as needed. Collaborate with internal (regional and global) and external stakeholders to deliver on customer expectations.

The day-to-day
  1. Personally commit to and affirm the Mission, Vision, Values, and Goals.
  2. Take responsibility for assignments, maintain quality standards, generate assignments to internal departments, and use established processes to deliver projects and services.
  3. Serve as the immediate point of contact with customers, understanding their requirements and providing updates on scheduling, dispatches, requests, and work order completion.
  4. Set up all communications, including timeline, audience, and content.
  5. Manage changes to scope of work and formulate action plans for successful delivery.
  6. Coordinate personnel and equipment to and from the job site safely and timely.
  7. Manage costs related to resources and materials.
  8. Use time management skills to facilitate scheduling and achievement of daily tasks.
  9. Stay current on the status of all assigned service orders to enable prompt and accurate reporting.
  10. Communicate with relevant departments regarding customer complaints that may develop into product issues or dissatisfaction.
  11. Report and document all failures related to installation and service to management.
  12. Verify the accuracy of all documentation related to orders and ensure delivery to appropriate departments.
  13. Follow up with customers post-project to ensure satisfaction.
  14. Follow all customer and governmental HS&E policies and regulations, reporting accidents and unsafe conditions.
  15. Travel to remote service centers to collaborate or audit site installations.
  16. Perform other assignments as directed by supervisor.
What you'll need

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Formal electronic training or equivalent experience

Knowledge

  • Microwave and Satellite product service and implementation
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry (land or offshore) or equivalent

Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Financial Management
  • Time Management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • SAP B1 experience is a plus

Physical requirements

Work conditions are typical for an office environment, with occasional travel and overtime. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull weights up to 50 lbs. and perform other physical activities safely. Environmental considerations include working in air-conditioned buildings and outdoors at sites.
