Job Title - Operations Coordinator

Salary - £27,000 - £32,000 Depending on experience

Job Type - Full time, permanent

As an Operations Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless communication between suppliers, contractors and internal teams. The Operations Co-Ordinator will provide administrative support to Project Managers and Operational Directors as well as overseeing a small team of Project Co-Ordinators.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate the day-to-day administration of shop fitting projects from planning to completion
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and sit teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Maintain project schedules and flag potential delays or issues
  • Support the procurement process by managing orders, delivery timelines, and inventory
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation
  • Assist in ensuring projects stay within budgets
  • Facilitate communication between Project Managers and other stakeholders
  • Organise administrative tasks amongst Project Co-Ordinators

Skills required

  • Experience in co-ordination of administrative tasks
  • Understanding of project logistics
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
