Role Title: Operations Coordinator - Great Britain Cycling Team

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: National Cycling Centre, Manchester

What will you be doing?

This role sits within the Great Britain Cycling Team (GBCT), the country’s most successful Olympic and Paralympic team in history. Now is an incredibly exciting year to join GBCT. Fresh off the back of winning 11 Olympic and 22 Paralympic medals at the most recent Games in Paris, as well as having recently celebrated 20 years of the GBCT pathway, we are a team with high ambitions to continue this legacy at LA 2028 and beyond.

  • Driving Operational Excellence You’ll be at the heart of the Great Britain Cycling Team’s engine room—ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our athletes and staff can perform at their best.
  • Connecting the Dots Across Performance Delivery Working across Programmes, Logistics, and Technical Resources, you’ll play a key role in streamlining operations, improving processes, and delivering seamless support across the board.
  • Championing Continuous Improvement From refining policies to enhancing admin systems, you’ll bring a sharp eye and a proactive mindset to help us work smarter, faster, and more effectively every day.

What we’re looking for:

  • Organised & Detail-Oriented Strong planning skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
