A leading company is seeking an Operations Coordinator to drive the installation of smart lockers across the UK. This remote role involves coordinating contractors, managing timelines, and ensuring timely project execution. Candidates should have strong project management skills and experience in logistics or operational delivery.
Operations Coordinator (Remote, UK – £30–35k)
Help deliver the UK’s next-generation parcel network.
We’re supporting a high-growth business transforming how parcels are delivered and collected – rolling out smart lockers at busy locations across the country.
As the network expands, they’re looking for someone to help keep installations on track. This is a hands-on, remote-first role where you’ll play a key part in getting each site live – coordinating contractors, managing timelines, and acting as the link between landlords, internal teams, and install partners.
What you’ll be doing:
As Operations Coordinator, you’ll:
Take new locations from contract signature through to completed installation
Create and manage clear project plans for multi-site rollouts
Schedule and coordinate installation teams and contractors
Organise site surveys, permissions, logistics, and final sign-off
Flag risks, delays or blockers early – and help fix them fast
Recommend and implement improvements to speed up deployments
Be the go-to contact for commercial teams, landlords and suppliers
Work towards key KPIs around installation timeframes and delivery performance
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
Experience managing installations, rollouts or site-based operations across multiple locations
Strong project planning, scheduling and organisation skills
Confident communicator and stakeholder manager
Comfortable managing relationships with contractors and third-party suppliers
Proactive and detail-focused – you spot potential issues early and solve them
Background in logistics, manufacturing, or operational delivery
Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and project tracking tools
Able to work independently in a remote setup – with a start-up mindset
Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
Desirable:
Experience with site surveys, property permissions or landlord communication
Exposure to high-volume rollouts or installations
Previous experience in a scale-up or fast-paced start-up environment
The details:
Remote - Work from home (UK-based applicants only)
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience
Full-time, permanent position
Work with a smart, ambitious team reshaping parcel delivery across the UK
Application process:
Initial video interview with Strategy Recruitment Solutions
First-stage interview with the hiring team
Final interview with the leadership team
