Office Angels are seeking a talented individual to join our client's team as an Operations Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in managing relationships with stakeholders and carrying out various tasks in Customer Service, Administration, and Operations.

About your new role:
  1. Oversee day-to-day logistics, ensuring smooth order processing from start to finish
  2. Handle various orders and enquiries
  3. Maintain detailed records of orders, including job details, pricing, specifications, and delivery requirements
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers, managing schedule changes and addressing concerns
  5. Communicate with customers and suppliers via email and phone to resolve issues promptly
  6. Utilise knowledge of services to up-sell to customers when appropriate
  7. Provide solutions to customer problems and collaborate with the Operations Manager on proposals and quotes
  8. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships
  9. Prioritise excellent Customer Service at all times
About you:
  • Experience working in a similar role for 1-2 years
  • Must be a great team player
  • IT Skills: previous experience with CRM systems is desirable & must have experience in Microsoft Packages
  • Methodical and excellent attention to detail
