The Role

This is an exciting role that goes beyond customer support - it is a launchpad into the fintech ecosystem. You will be at the heart of client interactions, operational workflows, and get a front row seat within an S&P 500 institution, learning from industry experts and helping to keep everything moving. All while building skills you will leverage throughout your career.
For the first 9 months you will be a member of the Customer Operations team, you will be a key ingredient in providing a central first-line Client and Operational Support for our Trading clients across EMEA and APAC. Additional focus on participants technical onboarding, and client satisfaction through participation in the firms Customer Experience working groups.
Outside of day-to-day query management, you will be required to gather information and data from a multitude of sources and deliver responses to client due diligence and AML / KYC requests. These requests span much more than Operations and give a unique view across the entire framework of the company.
For the second 9 months you will be a member of the Regulatory Controls team, spanning Client Onboarding and Regulatory Reporting. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of controls implemented to maintain compliance with AML policy and get involved in project work to enhance the current control environment through increased efficiency and automation
