We are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants who are eager to take their careers to new heights!

The Role: Recruitment is at the heart of our operation, and it's what we excel at. We're searching for individuals who are enthusiastic about building strong relationships with the temps that we work with. We're also looking for candidates who can represent our business with a professional manner when liaising with our broad client base.
Our Stoke office offers a fantastically modern workspace to operate from, including the use of the onsite gym, many modern breakout areas, and various exciting ‘pop-up’ businesses to keep us all entertained. Whilst any potential candidate will spend the majority of their time in the Stoke hub, a requirement of the role will necessitate the occasional client visit.

Recruitment: Our primary function is recruiting professional HGV, Van and FLT drivers and Warehouse Operatives. You'll be part of a small team of consultants dedicated to providing an exceptional experience to our workers. This journey begins from the moment a candidate applies for a role and continues with daily communication while planning their assignments.

Client Liaison: Our extensive network throughout the UK has enabled ADR Network us to generate over £100 million in revenue. Our success is a result of our commitment to operational excellence and the exceptional service we consistently deliver to our clients. ADR Network Logistics looks to expand on this into the whole logistics sector. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of surpassing expectations and establishing long-lasting partnerships with our clients.

Planning: A significant part of your day will involve strategically matching workers with clients throughout England. Efficient communication, quick problem-solving skills, and negotiation abilities will be crucial for this role.

Business Development: You'll collaborate closely with our Senior Consultants and Managers to strengthen our client pipeline, and you'll also have the chance to partner with our Business Directors to nurture and transform those opportunities into reality.
