  • Incident Investigation & Mitigation: Lead deep-dive investigations into compliance breaches, GSP incidents, or technical failures. Support the wider business by managing player compensation calculations and drafting formal mitigation requests or incident reports for regulatory bodies

  • Market Process & Governance: Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks across all operational markets to ensure the business remains agile and compliant with rapidly changing multi-jurisdictional regulations
  • Casino Compliance Portal Ownership: Lead the strategic building, ongoing development, and daily ownership of the internal Compliance Portal, ensuring it serves as a reliable, centralised source of truth for certifications, market rules, and QA tracking

  • Continuous Technology Review: Regularly evaluate existing compliance software and systems to ensure they remain effective and aligned with evolving industry standards
  • Automation Implementation: Identify and automate repetitive manual compliance tasks to reduce human error, enhance data accuracy, and improve operational productivity
