  2. Assess feasibility of implementation steps including conversion strategies, go-live, operational readiness, run-book definition, and execution.
  3. Model best practice business analysis execution and promote standardization and consistency across the wider operations organization.
  4. Lead discovery workshops, collate and maintain process documentation, research specific topics, propose/evaluate design solutions, and provide updates at senior forums.
Human Skills:
  • Effective communication
  • Imaginative and practical solution design
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable
  • Problem solving to address challenges and obstacles during implementation, with informed decision-making
  • Collaborative team participation, promoting teamwork, trust, and mutual respect
  • Decisive & data-driven decision making for clear guidance and alignment
  • Adaptability to navigate through ambiguity and embrace change
Technical Skills:
  • Domain expertise across Operations and Finance functions and tools, with knowledge of end-to-end transaction lifecycle processes
  • Experience in change management for large, complex implementations and transformation programs in finance and/or operations
  • Extensive knowledge of data migration techniques and tools for seamless data transition from legacy to new GL platforms
  • Proven track record in process improvement, streamlining operational or finance processes
  • Good understanding of General Ledger systems, functionalities, and best practices
  • Knowledge of Markets and Banking products from transaction booking to cash settlement and controls
  • Experience managing software vendors and third-party consultants
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align operational processes with organizational strategies
