The role:
To ensure maximised quality of distribution service by actively reviewing, auditing, measuring and tracking all data and processes applied across our end to end Operations to
improve the accuracy of distributions to members and
customers.
Responsibilities
As our Operations Assurance Agent , some of your day to day duties will include...
- Proactively identifying areas to improve quality at source and across our processes .
- Seeking to identify areas of common manual error and taking necessary steps to avoid future re-occurrence, including scoping automation and reducing manual intervention where possible
- Actively identifying risks to quality and promoting solutions
- Developing effective relationships with appropriate teams, informing them of changes to procedures and policy, and meeting regularly with team leaders/managers to report progress, discuss, and resolve any outstanding issues.

The ProcessOur interview process for this role is simple:
- Interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
We use competency-based questions within our interviews. This allows you to provide examples of situations where you have had to demonstrate the required skills relevant to the role you are applying for. LocationWe offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
