Job Title: Operations/Compliance Associate

Bixby Research & Analytics is seeking an Operations/Compliance Associate based in our Glasgow, UK office.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operational and compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Manager and senior research staff to manage compliance programs and operational processes.
• Manage document categorization and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review and improve compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
• Manage permissions for document and site access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Legal fields.
• Experience in compliance and operations, especially in finance or asset management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Ability to manage projects independently with sound judgment and high ethical standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with virtual data rooms.
• Understanding of financial markets.
