This role is pivotal in driving daily operations and leading operational effectiveness projects. Our mission is to improve human health through innovative solutions, and this position is at the heart of delivering on that mission.

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and communicative individual with strong problem-solving skills. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to transform the operational aspects of our clinical research, leveraging technology and data best practices. This represents an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies in the UK.

What you'll be doing
  1. Project Management: Develop plans to execute clinical research projects and ensure timely delivery against milestones.
  2. Monitor Progress and Risks: Track project performance against key milestones, flag potential delays or bottlenecks, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
  3. Data Analysis: Utilise data analysis tools to uncover insights and develop data-driven strategies to improve overall project performance and outcomes.
  4. Process Improvement: Contribute proactively to the continuous improvement of operational processes within the clinical research team, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
  5. Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure project clarity and transparency across stakeholder groups, aligning with the wider team on scope, goals, and execution needs.
What we need from you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an operational or strategic analytical role (e.g., Consulting)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and data visualisation/database management software (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Monday.com, or Notion
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create operational workflows and define performance metrics
  • Effective team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to navigating ambiguity and structuring complex problems
  • High agency and eagerness to take on diverse responsibilities in a role that will evolve over time
Nice To Have
  • Experience in program or project management within fast-growing start-ups, scale-ups, or top-tier consulting firms
  • Proven ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Background in digital health, commercial environments, or startups, with experience managing complex projects and priorities
  • Familiarity with SQL or similar programming languages for relational database management
  • Note: Clinical experience is not necessary — this is an operations role.
What we offer
  • Generous stock option plan
  • Private medical insurance
  • Hybrid role based in London Bridge (3 days in-office, with lunch provided once a week)
  • £400 annual learning and development budget
  • Wellness and gym benefits with Gympass
  • Annual company retreat
  • 25 days holiday, parental leave, and flexible working policies
