The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll play a central part in supporting two senior Partners and a team of consultants across all areas of their work.
Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex diaries and coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Preparing documents, reports, and client-facing materials
  • Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, including C-suite clients and candidates
  • Supporting brand, marketing, and content initiatives with creative input
  • Assisting with office coordination and culture-building activities
  • Helping to optimise systems, tools, and administrative processes
  • Delivering consistent, detail-focused support across the business
About You

You bring 3 to 5 years of experience in a team assistant, coordinator, or operations role, ideally within executive search, talent acquisition, or a fast-paced recruitment or professional services environment.
You’re confident supporting senior leaders, enjoy managing competing priorities, and have a natural flair for communication and presentation.
You’ll also bring:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels
  • Polished communication, both written and verbal
  • A calm, composed approach and confidence in high-pressure situations
  • A team-first attitude with a helpful, proactive mindset
  • High standards of professionalism and a naturally polished presence
  • Solid tech skills, including MS Office, Canva, Google Slides, and CRM/database systems (e.g. Clockwork)
