About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support order processing, warehouse operations, B2B fulfillment, and customer service. During peak periods, responsibilities include picking, packing, and dispatching orders to ensure efficient fulfillment of both B2C and B2B shipments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Warehouse Support

• Assist in B2C and B2B order processing and fulfillment.
• Ensure B2B wholesale orders are correctly booked, processed, packed, and labeled for retail partners and distributors.
• Manage freight logistics, coordinating with couriers and freight forwarders for smooth deliveries.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to prepare for incoming shipments, ensuring documentation is complete.
• Review and resolve issues with shipment labels and coordinate with couriers.
• Track and process customer returns efficiently.
• Support order picking, packing, and dispatching during peak times.

B2B Order Processing & Logistics

• Oversee B2B order management, ensuring timely dispatch and compliance.
• Prepare labels, packing lists, and invoices for bulk shipments.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Operations Manager to align orders with stock levels.
• Assist with stock allocations for large orders.

Customer Support (B2C and B2B)

• Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and social media regarding orders, products, and returns.
• Handle refunds, missing items, and delivery issues professionally.
• Maintain updated customer support macros for efficiency.
• Work with the operations team to provide real-time shipping updates.

• Experience or interest in B2B operations, logistics, or wholesale fulfillment.
• Customer-first mindset ensuring excellent service for B2C and B2B clients.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

• Tech-savvy, familiar with e-commerce platforms, WMS, and shipping tools.
• Interest in Asian skincare is a bonus!

Preferred Experience

• 1-2 years in e-commerce, operations, or customer service.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics platforms.
• Experience with returns, refunds, stock management, and logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of B2B order processing, labeling, and compliance.
