About the role

As Operations Associate you will play a key role in the daily administration of CSA’s membership and finance operations. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support accurate financial processes and member record management, ensuring smooth renewals, payment tracking, and efficient member support. This is a full-time, in-office role contributing to the effectiveness of the finance and operations team through reliable administration and clear communication.
