Overview:

Gopuff is looking for full-time Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving products, and working with delivery riders. Customers rely on Gopuff for their everyday essentials, day and night, rain or shine. We are building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers eager to reshape retail faster than ever before. Plus, if you like snacks, you'll fit right in.

You Will:

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
• Receive products from vendors, ensure counts match purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders
• Clean and organize the warehouse
• Manage waste and spoilage, adhering to FIFO practices
• Communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items

You Have:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments (preferred but not required)
• Availability during peak hours (5 pm - 2 am) and flexible scheduling
• Basic knowledge of web-based applications (Google G-Suite)
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly
