Overview:

Gopuff is looking for full-time Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving product, and working with delivery riders. Customers turn to Gopuff for everyday essentials, day and night. We are building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers to reshape retail faster than ever before. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks.

You Will:

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
• Receive product from vendors, ensure counts match purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies
• Manage inventory and re-shelve canceled orders
• Clean and organize the warehouse
• Manage waste and spoilage following FIFO practices
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items

You Have:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments (preferred, not required)
• Availability during peak hours (5 pm - 2 am) and flexible scheduling
• Basic knowledge of web-based applications (Google G-Suite)
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly
