Operations Assistant – Insurance

Salary: up to £35,000

This well-established Lloyd’s insurance organisation has an excellent market reputation. Due to growth, they are seeking a new team member. Previous operations experience and strong Excel skills are essential. Insurance exposure is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Operations Team to ensure timely and accurate administration functions.
  2. Analyze operational processes and utilize technology to meet goals.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines and requirements.
  4. Manage projects as directed by the Operations Director.
  5. Handle oversight of Lloyd’s Capacity Auction process, liaising with Lloyd’s Departments and processing members' instructions.
  6. Liaise with Underwriting Research to manage syndicate capacity data.
  7. Produce underwriting results data and coordinate with Lloyd’s Departments and members.
  8. Assist in producing Estimate Reports and underwriting results for members.
  9. Process 'Know Your Client' data in coordination with the Compliance team.
  10. Manage offsite storage database administration.
  11. Maintain business system data and run reports as needed.
  12. Monitor document return processes.
  13. Photocopy, scan, and profile documents as required.
