Job summary

Wolseley Group's Pipe and Climate Centre in Aston is seeking an Operations Assistant to help meet delivery and service standards while identifying sales opportunities. You will handle stock duties, pick and pack orders, and support the Branch Manager with customer-related tasks.

This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00, with a 1 hour lunch break and no weekend work. Excellent benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and confident speaking to people.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous merchant/industry experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customers’ expectations regarding service and delivery, and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Stock duties: load/unload vehicles, pick/pack orders, and allocate deliveries.
• Carry out additional tasks as requested by the Branch Manager.
