As a Store Stock Operator at Levi Strauss & Co., you will work in an environment that celebrates change and ideas. You will act as the link between the stock room and the sales floor, working closely with the Store Manager or Stock Manager. Your role is essential in managing stock and providing an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Review store sales and KPIs to identify sales opportunities with the Store Manager.
2. Ensure efficient and accurate replenishment daily.
3. Train store associates on Stock Management Guidelines and standards.
4. Ensure products are well displayed, assorted, and tagged on the floor and in the stock room.
5. Organize and maintain the stockroom.
6. Provide support on the shop floor to the team.

Requirements:

• Relevant stock operation experience.
• Ability to think strategically, work flexibly, and drive change.
• Quick adaptability to store operational demands.
